July 1st marks the beginning of SWIF’s new fiscal year
Where does the time go?
July 1st marks the beginning of a new year at SWIF – Fiscal Year 2016. The new year has several implications for fund partners, including:
- Woo hoo! The “spendable” portion from your endowment fund has been calculated…and is now available for granting. You’ll find this information within the portal home screen, under Financial Statements.
- Who’s Who? An updated advisory board roster is due to SWIF. If this applies to your fund, you’ll find the template form within the portal home screen, under Forms. If you do not submit this updated information to SWIF, your requests for grants and expenses will be placed on hold until this information is received. If you do not see this form, this requirement does not apply to your fund.
- What’s Going On? Your new annual plan and board-approved budget are also due to SWIF. If this applies to your fund at SWIF, you’ll find the template forms within the portal home screen, under Forms. If you do not see these forms, this requirement does not apply to your fund (lucky you!).
